Skinny pumpkin spice chai latte

A fall time favorite drink makes it's appearance once again in crowded ,cozy, tiny coffee shops and sets in the holiday mood.I love winter and everything related to it -the foggy evenings ,fleece lined boots ,the decorations, comfy pot pies and winter shopping ,of course! .Back in India it was not much different,we have the festival of light -diwali almost as the same time as halloween which is followed by an array of other festivals that sets the celebration mood just right.I lived most of my life in north and the winters there can be pretty harsh, which made me an "Tea addict"(Is that even a word?).We used to have them in all flavors -ginger,cardamom,clove,saunf(fennel seeds),cinnamon ...Hmm great memories drinking it with good old friends. This too is a recipe that's cozy with a hint of spice minus all the extra calories that you might worry  to put on by having one too many of these.so go ahead and make some for yourself right now!

Ingredients:
1/2 cup water
1 black tea bag
