Items need
coconut
sharp knife
air tight container
water
- Start by slicing the coconut into long thin piece as shown in the picture,this helps them grind fast.
- fill an airtight container with 3/4 part water
- add in the slices
- close the lid tight and refrigerate
- when ready to use pull out the amount of coconut needed,and keep the remaining refrigerated
- change the water every 2 to 3 days
Coconut meat stored in this manner stays good for up to a month .
